Conditions of Use

Unless agreed in writing these conditions will prevail over any conditions laid down by the buyer, and by placing any order with us, the buyer is agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to change these terms from time to time, and as such they shall apply in their altered form to all order dispatched after the date of alteration.

Prices

Orders will be dispatched on the basis of prices ruling at the date of dispatch and all quotations are subject to this provision unless otherwise stated in writing. Issued standard prices are for reference only and prices will be confirmed when any order is accepted. All prices are exclusive of carriage.

Damage or Lost Goods

No claim will be considered unless written notice is given within 3 days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted if notice in writing is not received within 14 days for UK destinations and 28 days for overseas. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit will be limited to repair, replacing or refund of purchase price.

Delivery and Supply

We aim to provide accurate delivery dates but time will not be the essence of the contract. We will not be liable for any claims arising out of failure to supply

Property and Risk to Goods

All good are at the buyer risk once delivered or collected and remain the property of the seller unless paid for in full.

Default by Purchaser

Unless otherwise agreed payment is due on receipt of order via Paypal.  Where payment is not made on-line, 50% deposit must be made on receipt of order and the balance paid prior to delivery. Failure to comply may result in loss of supply.  The buyer is not entitled to withhold payment to set-off or counterclaim which he may have or claim to have.

Variation of Goods

Whenever possible the company will endeavour to supply the goods as shown on our website, but we reserve the right to vary designs, specifications, materials or packaging and may alter goods or service without notification

Company Logo

The buyer is not allowed to remove or conceal any logo name or  trademark, or apply any other logo, name or trademark to the goods without prior written consent from ourselves

Law

The above are declared to be the mains points of every contract between us ‘The seller’ and you ‘The purchaser’ and are subject to UK Law
